Methods | RIP, Luciferase reporter assay |
Sample | colorectal cancer tissues, cell lines |
Expression Pattern | up-regulated |
Function Description | CYTOR was significantly up-regulated in CRC samples and associated with poor prognosis, promoting proliferation and metastasis in vitro and in vivo. confirmed that the heterotrimeric complex of CYTOR, NCL and Sam68 activated the NF-?B pathway and EMT to contribute to CRC progression. These clinical data suggest that the NCL-CYTOR-Sam68 complex can be used as a biomarker for CRC recurrence and prognosis. |
