| Function Description | CRNDE is more commonly up-regulated in HCC malignant tissues and associated with poor clinical outcomes. Furthermore, both loss- and gain-functions assays revealed that CRNDE promotes HCC cell proliferation and growth in vitro and in vivo. In addition, we found that CRNDE regulates PI3K/Akt/GSK3B-Wnt/B-catenin axis to exert its oncogenic role in HCC cell proliferation and growth. The full length T1 and another variant T3, especially T1, were significantly elevated in HCC malignant tissues as compared with variant T2 and T4. |
