| Function Description | CRNDE is more commonly up-regulated in HCC malignant tissues and associated with poor clinical outcomes. Furthermore, both loss- and gain-functions assays revealed that CRNDE promotes HCC cell proliferation and growth in vitro and in vivo. In addition, we found that CRNDE regulates PI3K/Akt/GSK3?-Wnt/?-catenin axis to exert its oncogenic role in HCC cell proliferation and growth. |
