| Function Description | We got 209 upregulated circRNAs and 66 downregulated circRNAs. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis indicated that the differentially expressed circRNAs were enriched in five pathways. The expression level of hsa circ 0109046 and hsa circ 0002577 was confirmed using real-time quantitative PCR. |
